Lynn Schmidt has over 20 years of experience as a global talent management and organization development leader in large organizations across multiple industries including telecommunications, technology, finance, aerospace and defense, and healthcare. She has more than 15 years of experience as an executive coach and has coached executive, mid-level and frontline leaders. Lynn is currently the Director of Global Executive and Leadership Development for Micron.

She is a sought after presenter for both national and international conferences and presents on a variety of topics including resiliency, leadership development, succession management, talent management scorecards, and coaching. She is the co-author of four books including, Shift Into Thrive: Six Strategies for Women to Unlock the Power of Resiliency, The Leadership Scorecard and Integrated Talent Management Scorecards: Insights from World-Class Organizations on Demonstrating Value.

Lynn has B.S. in Business Administration, an MBA, an M.A. in Human and Organizational Systems, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems. She received her Evidence Based Coaching Certification from Fielding Graduate University and was awarded her Associate Certified Coach credential by the International Coaching Federation. She received the Talent Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India for her contributions to the field of talent development.
